Terms of purchase

These terms govern the sale of garments through sandocean.es. The seller is La Estampación Creativa, S.L., NIF B44607885, with registered office at Calle Cernícalo 5, Loc. 3 y 4, 35640 La Oliva, Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain, email hello@sandocean.es.

How to place an order

Choose the garment, the print and the size, add it to the cart and complete the checkout. Before paying you will see a summary with the items, the price, the shipping cost and the total. Placing the order requires accepting these terms.

We will confirm your order by email. That confirmation is the moment the contract is formed.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros. As our workshop is in the Canary Islands, sales are subject to the Canary Islands indirect tax regime (IGIC) rather than to Spanish VAT. Any import duties or taxes applicable at destination are detailed at checkout or, where they cannot be calculated in advance, on our shipping page.

Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout: debit and credit cards and express wallets through Stripe, and PayPal. Payment data is processed directly by the payment provider; we never store your full card number.

Shipping and delivery times

Shipping costs, zones and estimated delivery times are published on our Shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms. Shipping is free for orders over 300 €.

Orders leave the Canary Islands, so a customs document is required for shipments to mainland Spain and the rest of the European Union. For that reason the checkout asks for an identification number (DNI, NIF or passport). We use it only to prepare that document.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. To do so, tell us by email at hello@sandocean.es or use the model withdrawal form.

Return the garment unused, in its original condition and with its labels. We will refund the amounts received, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear and with the protective strip in place. Garments returned without it cannot be accepted.

The cost of returning the garment is borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or does not match what was ordered.

Size exchanges

If the size is not right, write to us within 14 days of receiving the order and we will arrange the exchange, subject to availability.

Warranty

All our garments carry the legal warranty of conformity of three years from delivery. If a garment shows a manufacturing defect, write to us with photographs and we will repair it, replace it or refund it.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You can send any complaint to hello@sandocean.es and we will reply as soon as possible. Official complaint forms are available at our workshop.

The European online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, so complaints should be addressed to us directly or to the consumer protection authorities of your place of residence.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in them limits the rights that consumer protection legislation grants you.
