HOW TO MEASURE (MEN & WOMEN):

CHEST: With your arms relaxed by your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest

WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline

HIPS: measure around the fullest part at the top of your hips

TORSO: With tight clothes, starting from the crotch, measure around yourself, front and back, until the tape measure meets with itself.
