Order preparation
If the item is in stock, we prepare and dispatch your order within a maximum of 48 business hours from purchase confirmation.
If an item is not available, we will email you with the estimated lead time before dispatching.

We ship from Fuerteventura (Canary Islands). Even though we send everything by air, delivery times may vary:

For all other orders, shipping cost depends on destination and the parcel weight/size:

We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
Taxes, IOSS & customs (no hidden costs)
We are an IOSS company. This means that, even though we ship from the Canary Islands, the price you pay for your purchase (Canary Islands, Mainland Spain, EU or UK) includes a 21% indirect tax, which we collect and remit to the State.
Thanks to this, our shipments do not go through customs, so you won’t have to pay any extra paperwork fees or hidden charges, and your parcel can arrive faster.
Shipment tracking
Once your order leaves our facilities, we will send you a shipping confirmation. If the carrier provides a tracking number, we will share it so you can follow the delivery status.
Returns & Exchanges
Time limit to request a return
We only accept returns if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging where applicable). If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we may refuse the return.
