Brittanica Backpack

Our Brittanica Backpack is perfect for travelling or spending a day away from home. With a 20-litre capacity, it is fully lined with recycled Cordura fabric.

It features a full-length zipper closure on the main compartment, which can also be folded over itself and secured with an injected plastic buckle.

It has 6 pockets: two large zippered pockets (one external and one internal), plus four side pockets for carrying accessories, bottles, and other essentials.

The back panel and shoulder straps include internal foam reinforcement for extra comfort, and it comes with a matching printed neoprene-covered hanging loop.

Order preparation

If the item is in stock, we prepare and dispatch your order within a maximum of 48 business hours from purchase confirmation.

If an item is not available, we will email you with the estimated lead time before dispatching.

Delivery times

We ship from Fuerteventura (Canary Islands). Even though we send everything by air, delivery times may vary:

• Typical delivery: around 5 business days.
• At certain times, delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, peak periods (sales/Christmas), or carrier disruptions.

Shipping costs

• Orders over €300 ship free of charge.

For all other orders, shipping cost depends on destination and the parcel weight/size:

We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

Taxes, IOSS & customs (no hidden costs)

We are an IOSS company. This means that, even though we ship from the Canary Islands, the price you pay for your purchase (Canary Islands, Mainland Spain, EU or UK) includes a 21% indirect tax, which we collect and remit to the State.

Thanks to this, our shipments do not go through customs, so you won’t have to pay any extra paperwork fees or hidden charges, and your parcel can arrive faster.

Shipment tracking

Once your order leaves our facilities, we will send you a shipping confirmation. If the carrier provides a tracking number, we will share it so you can follow the delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges

Time limit to request a return

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, without giving a reason.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging where applicable). If the item shows signs of use beyond what was needed to check it, we may reduce the refund in proportion to that loss of value.

How to return an item

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• We recommend sending it registered or with tracking, so you have proof of shipment and can monitor the parcel.

Exchange or refund?

Once we receive and inspect the item, you can choose:

• Exchange (size or print): we’ll send the replacement item to you with free shipping.
• Refund: we’ll refund the corresponding amount and also provide a 10% discount code for your next purchase.
